Robert Loughran
Robert Loughran graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law where he served as Note and Comment Editor on The Journal of Property Law. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is admitted to the Northern District of Texas for federal proceedings in that district. Mr. Loughran has been with Akerly Law for two years - first, as a Law Clerk, now an Associate Attorney.
His experience is litigation-focused, revolving around helping clients with bankruptcy and business litigation disputes. He is also ready to deal with matters involving business formation and transactions.
Mr. Loughran graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in history. He then became a public-school teacher and received a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy before deciding to embark on a legal career.
