Mr. Akerly has over 30 years of experience representing growers and sellers of agricultural products. He has handled hundreds of actions under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA). He has represented landowners involved in disputes involving damage to crops and livestock. He has negotiated farming and grazing leases.
